Forged mortgage documents.
Investor presentations.
Private messages.
The empire that once filled skyscrapers now fit inside numbered evidence boxes.
Matthew Lang, Harrington Commercial’s former controller, testified that Richard ordered false valuations.
A banker described hidden guarantees.
Vanessa testified under a cooperation agreement.
She identified Richard’s voice on transfer recordings.
Daniel Price testified about the custody file and courthouse plan.
Richard’s defense blamed everyone.
Vanessa designed the invoices.
Price misunderstood instructions.
Employees created the false numbers.
Khloe’s family wanted control.
Harrison conducted part of the civil case but did not prosecute the criminal trial.
He sat beside Khloe.
Richard took the stand.
He said the company faced temporary liquidity pressure.
He called the offshore transfers protective restructuring.
He called the forged mortgage signatures implied consent.
The prosecutor asked:
“Did Khloe sign?”
“No.”
“Did you write her name?”
“An assistant processed it.”
“Did she authorize the assistant?”
“I believed she would.”
“Did you ask?”
“No.”
The prosecutor displayed Richard’s message to Vanessa.
Once the baby arrives, Khloe becomes emotionally easy to control.

Richard looked toward Khloe after the verdict.
