They transformed years of evidence into scenery behind Gabriel’s anger.

Iris released her own statement.

I was not rescued from ignorance.

I knew what was happening before the owner of the house entered the room.

My mother built the first record.

Employees shared missing invoices.

I copied the accounts.

The assault stopped when Gabriel arrived.

The truth existed before he saw it.

“The central facts are the assault on Iris Monroe, the theft of trust and employee funds, and the suspected murder of Evelyn Monroe.”

Camille filed a criminal complaint against him.

Gabriel entered a no-contest plea to misdemeanor assault.

The judge ordered counseling and community service.

His lawyers said he could have defeated the charge.

Gabriel refused to make Camille’s cruelty a legal excuse for his own excessive force.
