The bank fraud investigation forced Cole Family Catering into emergency review.
The home-equity loan was suspended.
Other lenders examined financial statements.
One line of credit had been personally guaranteed by Judith.
Another by Vanessa.
No Emily.
For the first time, their own assets were at risk.
Vanessa called everyone she knew.
Judith called Nathan.

The company entered voluntary restructuring.
Independent accountants recommended.
Close the tasting room.
Sell one delivery truck.
