That night, the city skyline glowed like a crown of glass.
Inside the penthouse, the girl slept on a soft white couch, finally calm.
The billionaire stood by the window.
But his reflection didn’t look like a man in control.

The city lights flickered beyond the glass.
And for the first time that night, the weight in his chest loosened slightly.
