Chapter 5 — The Woman Who Signed Nothing

One year later...

Business magazines called Isabella one of the most influential CEOs in America.

Investors admired her.

Employees trusted her.

Competitors respected her.

Not because she had destroyed the Bennett empire.

But because she had transformed it into something worthy of lasting.

During an interview, a reporter finally asked the question the entire country wanted answered.

"If you could say one thing to your ex-husband today... what would it be?"

Isabella smiled.

Not with anger.

Not with satisfaction.

Simply with peace.

"I already said everything that mattered."

She stood and walked away as cameras flashed around her.

Some victories are loud.

Others arrive in silence.

The greatest revenge was never taking everything Lucas had.

It was proving she had never needed any of it.

Because true power isn't inherited.

It isn't borrowed.

And it certainly isn't stolen.

True power is knowing exactly who you are...

May you like

Even when everyone else forgets.

The End.
