Live feed.

At 11:42 PM, the signal reached a secured server.

At 11:43 PM, a man in a black office tower watched it in silence.

At 11:44 PM, he stood up.

“Send the medical team. Now.”

That man was my father.

And for the first time in fifteen years, he said my name out loud.

“Emma.”
