CHAPTER 3 — THE NAME THAT ENDED CAREERS

A second black car arrived.

Then another.

Men in formal suits stepped out without speaking. They didn’t look like guests.

They looked like consequences arriving late but inevitable.

One of them approached the older man and lowered his head.

“It’s confirmed,” he said. “The incident was recorded.”

The older man didn’t react.

Only adjusted the girl’s coat.

“Good,” he replied.

From the pool, the young man shouted weakly.

“You don’t know who I am!”

For the first time, the older man looked at him.

Not with anger.

With disappointment.

“That’s the problem,” he said calmly. “You thought you mattered enough to have a name worth remembering.”

The air tightened.

Even the party guests stopped breathing.

The young man’s confidence finally collapsed—not from pain, but from realization.

He wasn’t facing a fight.

May you like

He was facing a system.

And he had already lost.
